1. Free Trial
New users may be eligible for a free trial period as specified on our website.
No charges will be made during the free trial. Once the trial ends, your chosen subscription plan will automatically begin unless you cancel before the trial expires.
2. Subscriptions & Billing
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on the plan selected.
Payments are processed securely via our third-party payment providers.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
After cancellation, you will not be charged for future billing cycles.
4. Refunds
Monthly Plans: Payments are non-refundable. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
Annual Plans: If you cancel within 14 days of purchase or renewal, you may request a full refund. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable.
Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Plan Changes
Upgrades: If you upgrade your plan, the change takes effect immediately, and the cost is prorated.
Downgrades: If you downgrade, the new plan pricing will apply from the next billing cycle.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds outside this policy may be considered in limited cases, such as:
Duplicate charges.
